Enrollment Process and Deadlines

Explorations Academy welcomes motivated students ages 13-17 to apply for admission.

Interested students and their families have several ways in which to learn more about our school.  Initially students and their family should make an appointment to visit the school and meet with our Director. We encourage a school visit for a 1/2 day or full day.  Additionally, the school hosts Visitor Nights in the fall and spring as well as Term End Events at the conclusion of Fall, Winterim, and Spring Terms which provide hands-on information on our school and a chance to meet students, staff/faculty, and other people from our school community.

We encourage prospective students to apply prior to our March 31 Early Enrollment Deadline.  Applicants prior to March 31 gain access to the best tuition discounts (for full tuition families) and the best scholarship/financial aid opportunities (for families not paying full tuition.)  After this point, we will allocate enrollment space and financial aid and scholarship funds as they are available.

Explorations Academy accepts student applications year-round.  Admission is possible at the beginning of each term, provided space is available:  Fall Term -- early September; Winterim -- early January; Spring Term -- late February.  We will also, under special circumstances admit a student in the middle of a term.  Contact us for details.
