The Great Mystery Dinner and Auction

Featuring a Local Spring Feast, Penguin Puzzler Game, and Live Music with Brandywine Kitchen

On May 7, 2011, Explorations Academy hosts a dynamic mix of auction, dinner, and mystery at the Majestic at 1027 N. Forest Street in Bellingham from 5:30-9:00 p.m.  All proceeds benefit student scholarships and financial aid.

At this year’s Eleventh Annual Explorations Academy fundraiser, mingle with friends, feast on inspired local cuisine by Brandywine Kitchen, and bring home your heart’s desire in auction items all in support of our youth’s financial aid program.  Dinner will be vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Following the dinner we’ll launch our Penguin Puzzler – a game similar to the popular TV game, “So You Think You Are Smarter then a Fifth Grader.” Questions generated by our students from their high school curriculum will challenge the smartest in the crowd.  Dinner will be followed by chances to bid with abandon on auction items galore – fine arts and crafts, gourmet treats, tastings, dinners, vacation stays, excursions, sporting equipment, and so much more. Find the perfect gift for mom or that something special for loved ones. Best of all, close out the evening by foolishly outbidding other Explorations supporters to obtain that to-die-for dessert!

This event is a benefit for Explorations Academy, Bellingham’s fully accredited, experientially based high school that ignites a passion for learning in its students.
