Scholarships and Financial Aid at Explorations

We work to ensure that every appropriate student can attend Explorations regardless of family income!

FUNDING AN EXPLORATIONS ACADEMY EDUCATION

We recognize that an independent school education is expensive.  Funding sources other than paid tuition include scholarships and financial aid.  In addition, loans to finance tuition may be available through your financial institution; we do not operate a tuition loan program.

Scholarships are awarded through a competitive, needs-blind process.  Financial aid is available to families who need assistance to fulfill tuition obligations.  Financial aid is available at different levels according to income, and special circumstances may be recognized.  Scholarship and financial aid applications should be submitted along with the enrollment contract.

The deadline for first consideration for scholarships and financial aid for new and continuing students is March 31.  For newly enrolling students only, we will accept scholarships and financial aid applications on an ongoing basis.  All applications received after May 31 will be considered on a funds-available basis.  Scholarships and financial aid will be awarded to applicants only if the tuition deposit and all application materials have been completed and submitted in a timely manner.

Below is an overview of scholarships and financial aid available.  Please contact our office for additional financial aid and scholarship information, or for an application to apply for a particular award.
